Another 43 corona-infected people were discharged from the isolation ward of Narayani Hospital on Monday. There are even two journalists who will be discharged.
Two journalists, including the president of the Federation of Nepali Journalists, Parsa, were admitted to the isolation center after the corona test was confirmed on April 12. According to the chief medical superintendent of the hospital, Dr. Madan Kumar Upadhyaya, the last two reports of the infected person were negative and he was discharged.
Except for one Sarlahi who was discharged on Monday, all are from Parsa," said Mesu Dr Upadhyay. "Out of 43 people discharged, two are women.
18 members of the same family of Chhapkaiya in Birgunj were discharged from the isolation ward of Narayani Hospital at around 11 pm on Sunday. Nine people were discharged on Saturday. In the last three days, 70 people in the isolation ward of Narayani Hospital have returned home after recovering from the infection.
Corona is no longer infected at Narayani Hospital after 43 people were discharged on Monday. Twenty-seven infected people are being treated at the temporary Corona Hospital set up at Gandak Hospital.
