In the last 24 hours, 323 people have been confirmed to be infected with the corona virus, according to a press conference organized by the Ministry of Health and Population on Saturday.

Ministry spokesperson Vikas Devkota said that the number of infected people in the country has reached 3,235 after the corona was confirmed in 323 more people.

So far, the number of people in quarantine is 168,031. Similarly, the number of people living in isolation is 2,857. There have been 32 more people discharged in the last 24 hours. The number of such discharges is 365. Fifteen people have been discharged from Janakpur Provincial Hospital, five from Sushil Koirala Acute Cancer Hospital, six from Seti Hospital and seven from Surkhet.

According to the ministry, 137,435 samples have been tested using RDT method in Nepal till Saturday. So far 92,477 tests have been done using PCR method.
