A 30-year-old woman living in quarantine in Dadeldhura has died.A woman living in the quarantine of Asigram Basic School Raunakot in Ganyapadhura Gaonpalika-1 of the district died at 10:00 PM last night.
The woman had returned to Dadeldhura from New Delhi, India on May 31st via Gauriphanta. After dinner, the woman, who was in normal condition, went to the toilet with her husband at night.
Kamala Thagunna, vice-chairperson of the village municipality, told "she suddenly fainted in the toilet and blood came out of her mouth. He had no health problems while monitoring the quarantine at 12 noon yesterday."
She had no other health problems and had not taken any medicine before. She was living in quarantine with her husband, two-and-a-half-year-old son and five-month-old daughter. All of them will have RDT test today.
However, as the PCR testing service will be available only in Dhangadhi, it will take a few days, said Thagunna. Preparations are underway to bury the body of the deceased. There were 40 people living in the quarantine. After the woman's death, all those in quarantine demanded a corona test. However, it is not possible to do so immediately.
