The number of people infected with the corona virus in Nepal has reached 375. A test conducted at the National Public Health Laboratory in Kathmandu, BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan, Bheri Hospital in Nepalgunj and Koshi Hospital in Biratnagar on Monday confirmed the infection in 18 more people and the number of infected has reached 375, said Dr. Sameer Kumar Adhikari, Joint Spokesperson at the Ministry of Health.
Among those confirmed infected on Monday evening were 12 men from Narainapur in Banke, two men from Dhanusha, one each from Dailekh, Sunsari, Jhapa and Khotang, according to the ministry. Earlier, corona infection was confirmed in 62 people on Monday.
Earlier, 46 men and one person were infected with corona in Narainapur of Banke district on Monday afternoon. At the same time, the highest number of 93 cases has been confirmed in Banke district of Nepal. Sunsari, Khotang and Dailekh have also seen the infection for the first time. Corona infection was confirmed in 80 people on Monday alone.
So far 93 in Banke, 91 in Parsa, 42 in Kapilvastu, 33 in Udaipur, 28 in Rupandehi, 22 in Rautahat, 9 in Kathmandu, 8 in Dhanusha, 4/4 in Kailali, Bara and Dang, 3/3 in Chitwan, Mahottari, Sarlahi, Morang and Jhapa and 3/3 in Baglung, Bhaktapur. , Bardiya and Dhading 2/2 people have been seen corona infection. Similarly, infection has been confirmed in Bhojpur, Kanchanpur, Nawalparasi West, Nawalparasi East, Makwanpur, Saptari, Siraha, Kavrepalanchowk, Sindhupalchowk, Dhankuta, Gulmi, Khotang, Dailekh and Sunsari.
